Laurie's is a longtime Inside sales leader who has dedicated her career to the advancement of the profession of Inside Sales and to the personal development of sales individuals. She brings that same commitment to her role as Upper Mid-West Chapter President. Laurie is active in the sales community, you can follow her on Laurie's blog.
Laurie has 30 years experience in sales and sales-management, training, coaching and consulting. As President for TeleMasters, Inc., she serves clients such as Securian, US Bancorp Investments, Thomson-Reuters, and Wells Fargo, Honeywell, Personnel Decisions, Capella University and several small manufacturers and distributors. Laurie also specializes in consulting and coaching for companies who are looking to start up or turn around their sales and customer service teams.
Laurie's goal is to utilize the Chapter to help drive the advancement of the profession of Inside Sales and to help individuals improve themselves and advance their careers.

Inside Sales Manager
Jelena Tarbuk has been in inside sales for the past ten years, holding individual sales contributor and sales leadership roles. She is currently an Inside Sales Manager at Thomson Reuters, responsible for sales and retention of legal research products. She has experience in building and creating demand for innovative products, creating high performing inside sales teams, and developing lead generation and retention teams whose contributions had a significant impact on overall business performance results. Jelena was instrumental in building and leading a dedicated, high performing inside sales team for Findlaw, a leading provider of online advertising solutions for legal professionals. Jelena won the prestigious President’s Club performance award in 2009 and 2010 for her outstanding results. Jelena’s passion is growing inside sales and retention results, and promoting a culture of focus, dedication and excellence. Her dedication to the inside sales profession and AA-ISP organization has been very valuable, as she is constantly working with her professional network on membership and promotion of Twin Cities Leadership AA-ISP Chapter events. She is driven to elevate the Twin Cities Chapter to one of the largest and most active chapters within the AA-ISP community.

Manager - Internal Sales
Christi Paurus is Manager of Internal Sales - Retirement Plans for Securian Financial Group. She oversees the internal sales team for the retirement plan product line and the sales support team for all of Securian's retail distribution products. Their sales process is B to B and the sales model is a internal/external territory partnership. Christi holds her FINRA 6, 63, 26, and life and health license in addition to an Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation. Christi has worked in the financial services industry for 16 years, 10 of which have been in a sales capacity. Christi graduated from the University of North Dakota with a B.A. in Management and a B.A. in Airport Administration. Christi was a recipient of AA-ISP's Top 25 Most Influential Inside Sales Professionals is 2010.
