Regional ChaptersThe AA-ISP National Chapter Program
The AA-ISP National Chapter program offers our member community the opportunity to regularly connect with other, like-minded Inside Sales Professionals. Regional Chapter meetings include discussions, presentations, and networking opportunities. Regional Chapter Presidents are leaders in the profession and build each chapter based on the needs of the local members. Meetings are held quarterly and are open to members and first time non-members.

Lynn Johnson
VP - National Chapters, AA-ISP
As leader of the AA-ISP National Chapter Program, Lynn brings a rich history of Inside Sales leadership and an unparalleled passion to the Profession. She is an experienced business development/sales leader and brings over 25 years of experience to the leadership team of AA-ISP and the Western New York Chapter. She is a respected leader who inspires, motivates, develops, mentors and trains sales team to exceed goals. Lynn's passion for proactively seeking best practices in project management, performance management, sales process improvements has allowed her to hone skills in these areas resulting in improved productivity and lowering costs.
Lynn's diverse professional background includes sales & marketing leadership roles as Director or Manager at Unisys Corporation and Lenel Systems International, and began her sales career at Xerox Corporation. Lynn has earned a reputation for being innovative in creating and implementing solutions to maximize account coverage, retention of customers and overall customer satisfaction. She is known for her ability to build upon the power of collaboration and encourages this approach in her sales teams and leadership forums. During the early CRM days of Seibel, Lynn's sales team was a beta site and she provided her expertise in workflow & sales business processes to help establish the CRM roadmap for Siebel and Unisys.
Lynn's vision for the AA-ISP National Chapter program is that each chapter becomes an extension of the AA-ISP mission: to take inside sales to the next level of professionalism and performance.
Atlanta Chapter President(s):
Sean Purcell
Business Unit Executive, IBM
Sean Purcell is a highly motivated hands-on and passionate inside sales executive with 20+ years in a Fortune 500 environment. Sean possesses a plethora of skills including executive management, sales(outside and inside), marketing, finance and operations. It is the combination of Sean's collective skills built over 20 years and his multinational work experience that were the building blocks to his insightful 'vision and strategy' capability. At the same time Sean is equally comfortable 'rolling up his sleeves' to do whatever it takes to implement a project or initiative - whether it was the start-up of the inside sales channel inside IBM, driving Integrated Marketing Communication programs into the North American and Latin American marketplaces or building/leading a team of 400+ inside sellers across 15+ European countries while on assignment in Dublin, Ireland.
Sean is looking to ensure the inside sales professionals in the Atlanta area have a knowledge base of best practices and can count on other members for assistance within the industry. Additionally, Sean wants to advance the profession of inside sales thru developing the next generation of inside sales rep and leaders. The Atlanta Chapter is fortunate to have such a committed, successful leader taking charge.

Leslie Stine

Leslie possesses a natural desire to bring other Inside Sales Professionals together. Her long time history in the profession has shown her the value of communication and sharing. To that end she helped co-found the Austin Chapter with a commitment of bringing folks together. Leslie has been working in the high-tech start up community for 10 years, 8 years of that in Austin with 6 years experience in high-tech Inside Sales.
Prior companies include HyPerformix and NetQoS (a CA company). Currently the Inside Sales Manager at BreakingPoint Systems, Leslie started the Inside Sales team and strategy, helping the company achieve more than 280% year over year revenue growth from 2008 to 2009 and 8 consecutive quarters of record revenues.
Leslie brings with her a thorough understanding of the specific needs of the Inside Sales environment in the predominantly high-tech Austin market. Leslie holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma.
Leslie's desire is to see the Austin Chapter grow and help others to connect and advance themselves.
Bojana Bowermon
Inside Sales Manager, NetQoS
Bojana brings a passion and commitment to her role as Austin Chapter Co-President. She's a natural leader and her sprit and enthusiasm will help make Austin a "happening" Chapter. Bojana has 10 years experience in sales and sales management. Companies include Apple, Brady Corporation, NetQoS and now CA.
She has worked in leadership roles that incorporated coaching, mentoring and training of sales teams, especially in the inside sales capacity. Bojana is a thought leader in the field of inside sales team integration from small size companies into large, enterprise organizations.
Bojana's goal is to make the Austin Chapter a "fun" way to come together with others and share our challenges and accomplishments.

Lisa DeVinney brings over 15 years of professional sales experience and sales management in diverse industries which include consumer products, advertising, telephony and technology. Lisa has assisted start-up and early stage companies to hire and train a sales force.

Trish has a long legacy in Inside Sales. After a number of years in the "trenches", Trish founded The Bridge Group with a mission to help technology companies build highly successful inside sales teams. Since founding The Bridge Group in 1998, Trish has been applying the knowledge she acquired through 20 years of business-to-business technology sales leadership to help Bridge Group clients build, evolve, and validate their inside sales strategies. As Boston Chapter President she leads one of the biggest and most active chapters.
Lori Richardson
President, Score More Sales
Lori founded Score More Sales in 2002 after many years in corporate sales, sales leadership, and corporate training with Fortune 500 companies. Her company works with technology and financial services organizations' inside sales teams on tactical ways to increase prospecting, grow the sales pipeline, and bring more deals to closure through training and coaching.

Chad Burmeister

Chad Burmeister has been in professional sales for more than 15 years, and sales leadership for more than 10, and is one of our most energetic Chapter Presidents. His infectious enthusiasm and drive can't help but get you excited. He originally launched the AA-ISP, Silicon Valley Chapter which has grown to 325+ through LinkedIn, and is now the President of the AA-ISP, Charlotte Chapter. Chad Burmeister has an MBA in Information Technology from Loyola Marymount University. Chad is responsible for Corporate Sales at ON24 (the global leader in webcasting and virtual events) including a Lead Generation Team and an Inside Sales/Account Executive Team where he is growing the Charlotte office from 4 sales professionals to more than 20 by the end of 2011. Prior to ON24, Chad was Vice President, Corporate Sales at IronKey where he built a team of Corporate Sales Reps who finished 2010 at over 120% of quota in 2010, and led the team to the best quarter ever since transitioning sales from a field team to Inside Sales in Q1/2011 (142% of quota). Chad has also held leadership positions with Riverbed Technology & WebEx, and launched his own company called Tele-SalesForce that he grew to nearly $1M in sales.

Curt Vondrasek is Vice President of Business Development at HUB International. He is responsible for developing and leading our call center in Westmont, IL. He is responsible for driving the outbound call strategy, developing lead opportunities for specific target areas with strategically chosen producers, and creating a feeder pool for new producers. Vondrasek has over 20 years experience in the finance and insurance industries with a history of progressive leadership at major companies like AIG, GE and Allstate. He offers a unique blend of effective sales operations management and strategic business planning recognized for enhancing market penetration and customer satisfaction. With a reputation as the company's business development expert, he possesses a long, successful record of unprecedented results in top line revenue, change management, new product introductions, employee/agent recruitment, sales training and marketing strategies. Prior to his role at HUB, Vondrasek was previously the National Sales Director at Allstate Dealer Services and Vice President, U.S. Sales for AIG American General. Prior to AIG, he held progressive leadership roles at AON and GE in Chicago. Vondrasek has a Bachelor's of Science in Finance from Northern Illinois University. Curt’s goals for the Chicago Chapter include becoming one of the largest chapters in the US, seeing as Chicago is the 3rd largest city . Additionally to create an environment for peers in similar work situations to be able to share ideas and learn valuable information from each other and to promote networking amongst inside sales professionals across the Chicago land area.
Patricia O'Brien

Patty O'Brien brings over 20 years experience in inside, outside, and sales management experience. A graduate of DePaul University, Patty has a passion for continual learning and helping others achieve their potential, both personally and professionally. Patty has held various sales positions, domestically and internationally, at Trend Technologies, Vocollect Healthcare Systems, and Zebra Technologies. Pattys current role as Director, Inside Sales encompasses a hybrid inside sales model. The Inside Sales Reps work with their field counterparts as well as managing specific accounts in a geographic territory. Patty is excited to be working with the AA-ISP and the Chicago chapter to drive new recruitment and success!

Diana Kempf

Diana Kempf is a results-focused professional with 25+ years of diversified experience and success in managing financials, sales, operations, and talent management with Convergys. Considered a hands-on leader with proven management track record with the demonstrated ability to meet and exceed operational metrics, motivate and direct employees, and identify & integrate core competencies into operations. She has extensive experience in start-up environments, managing on-going operations and building strong client and employee relationships. Diana is currently responsible for managing several inside sales Consumer Package Good programs which produce over $100M in revenues for her clients. Diana enjoys working with individuals as they hone their inside sales skills and plans to use the Cincinnati chapter to help drive the advancement of profession of inside sales in the Southwestern Ohio area. Diana attended the University of Cincinnati and is actively involved in several community activities which include serving on the committees of the annual Cincinnati Susan Komen Race for the Cure, Cincinnati's Thanksgiving Day Race, and Tri-State Volunteers. Diana has been on the Board of Directors of the Cintel Federal Credit Union since 2006 and is currently chairing its Personnel committee.

It has been proven to the business this an Inside Sales department is one of the best investments in the current market. Her group has proven that it is nothing but expansion for her group.

Lori Joy
Owner, 32 Solutions Ltd
Lori has a deep appreciation for Inside Sales professionals since working closely with some of the top inside sales organizations in Colorado is what helped her build her business. Lori is the Chief Talent Curator of 32 Solutions Ltd which provides companies an unorthodox resource for sales recruitment.
Lori has been in sales and recruiting for 14 years and describes herself as a natural-born salesperson she had no choice in the matter. Lori is a Colorado native and graduated from the University of Colorado with her BA.
Lori is excited to help build the Colorado chapter and create a place for Inside Sales professionals to network and hear about best practices from their peers. Colorado has a high number of great sales organizations that have a wealth of knowledge to offer.
Jason Curry
Sales Manager, Covidien
Jason Curry began his career as an Inside Sales Account Manager for a steel manufacturer. He worked in the industry for 4 years before making a field change to medical sales. He joined CCS Medical as a Business Development Representative selling to C-level executives in 2003. Jasons ability to produce fast results launched him quickly into a Regional Sales Manager role after a year and a half and he and his family relocated to Louisiana. In this position he took the lowest region out of nine from worst to first, earning a Presidents Club Award for top Sales Manager in 2006. After absorbing two full years of LSU football and spicy southern cooking, Jason happily returned to his hometown of Denver when he was promoted yet again to the position of Mail-Order Sales Manager. For two years in this role Jason again took a low performing team and through the creation of expectations, metrics, standard operating procedure and a team environment, Jason was able to turn the team into a top performing team. His success in managing Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Order Processing groups in this role earned Jason his second Presidents Club Award but also a promotion into the National Sales Director role for the Wound Care division. As the National Sales Director, Jason oversaw a fleet of 100 field reps and consistently made decisions regarding operational needs for the business. Following two years in this position with CCS, Jason became eager to make equally impactful contributions to a large medical manufacturer and took on the challenge of cultivating an entirely new division of Covidiens business. In late 2010, Jason joined Covidiens Respiratory and Patient Monitoring business unit, where he is responsible for driving sales results through his newly created sales team.

Dave is a 26-year sales veteran in the publishing industry. Following a consistent goal-achieving career as an outside sales representative, District Manager and Regional Manager, Dave was promoted in 2006 to Vice President of Inside Sales for Pearson Higher Education. Dave is responsible for five separate sales teams positioned in the academic channel as well as business and industry. Pearson is the world’s largest educational services provider offering both print and digital resources for students and instructors from preschool to university to continuing education to career ready professions. Given his experience with outside sales coupled with his successful inside tenure, Dave provides interesting and compelling sales insights while championing the professionalism and performance of inside sales. As a sales manager, one of his priorities has always been to promote a culture of candor, motivation and recognition. Dave’s desire is to help establish the Columbus Chapter as an active contributor to the Association’s mission as well as to grow the Columbus Chapter into one of the largest Chapters in the country.

Debi has been in Sales at FedEx for the last 13 years in various leadership roles. Three years ago she came back to the Inside Sales organization as Director. Her passion for developing people, her enthusiasm and drive make her a dynamic leader. Attending the AA-ISP leadership summit inspired her to get a chapter started in Dallas.
Debi Pizzica began her career at Fedex as an RPS Account Executive in Southern California in May of 1997. Prior to joining RPS she worked with Avon Products in various management positions including transportation management. Debi earned a B.A. degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and also earned an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Debi is excited to get the Chapter started to provide an excellent networking opportunity for other companies with Inside Sales organizations in the DFW metroplex.

During his 13 years of service at LexisNexis, CJ has held numerous positions and achieved numerous sales awards spanning from Rookie of the Year, Rep of the Year, and Manager of the Year. CJ is a member of the 2010 class of the Dayton Business Journal, 40 under Forty, which is an award that is given annually to 40 up and coming business professionals under the age of forty in the Dayton area. He is the author of insidesalesmagic, a blog written to educate, and promote inside sales professionals. CJ is an expert panelist for the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals and the President of the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals, Dayton Chapter. Edward L. Linde II is a Senior Marketing Manager at ibm.com. His responsibilities include managing a team of 16 professionals that build web assets to support the ibm.com sales channel and to support organic web visitors. His team also designs and executes marketing promotions across all channels and merchandises these promotions along with standard offerings on interactive web properties and leverages organic search to drive business results. His strategic focus for 2011 and beyond is to build and execute a Digital Sales Eminence Program within ibm.com that address the needs of sellers while integrating against IBMs mainstream marketing program framework and sales enablement processes and adopting web 2.0 techniques. Ed has twenty years of intensive direct marketing experience in traditional and digital techniques and media. Prior to that, Ed held various positions in marketing management and field sales at IBM and AT&T. Ed Linde is a practitioner of data-driven marketing decision making. This approach focuses on using analytic data and customer needs to derive the marketing strategy and the tactical execution plan. Ed holds an M.B.A in Marketing from Binghamton University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Marist College. He is a member of AA-ISP, DMIX, the AMA, the DMA and the PMA. Jenny brings excitement and passion to her role as Indianapolis Chapter President. Jenny has over 10 years of experience in helping companies market their products and services. That experience helped Jenny develop a set of best practices for outbound marketing, inside sales, appointment setting and lead nurturing. Under her leadership, LeadJen works with B2B companies across North America, Europe and Australia seeking to improve their marketing programs and develop successful sales leads. Jenny joined LeadJen from NoInk Communications (acquired by Everypath, Inc.) where she served as the Director of Marketing and Inside Sales. Prior to NoInk, Jenny served in numerous marketing and inside sales roles at Aprimo, Incorporated. While working for a small telecommunication company in Overland Park in 1995, Dan pitched the idea of starting an inside sales team focused on winning back previously lost customers. The small team of 3 surpassed all expectation and quickly became the company's most profitable channel. Since then, Dan spent just over 5 years managing an inside sales team with Sprint as well as almost 5 years managing a hybrid inside/outside sales team for an Interactive Marketing company. As a member of the Archer Foundation, Dan O'Reilly consults with incubator companies who are looking to define their sales process, go-to-market strategy and nurturing programs for retaining clients. Dan is certified in landing page development as well as email marketing and spam law compliance. Dan has delivered presentations on email marketing best practices and has taught classes on interactive marketing tactics.
Mark Scheinkoenig

Mark is a high-energy, passionate sales professional who has held sales management, inside sales, and outside sales positions over the past 15 years in various industries, including software, telecom, and office technology. Over the past 5 years, Mark has started and developed Inside Sales teams with two different software companies in the KC-area- Archer Technologies, (which was acquired by EMC) and FireMon. Highlights include managing a team of 4 Inside Sales reps in 2010 that closed a combined $8.3 million in new business including individual opportunities that reached over $500K. Mark's focus has primarily been Fortune 1000 companies with an emphasis on new business acquisition, however, he has also managed lead generation efforts as well as sales support activities in a hybrid model with outside sales. Mark holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

He is a self-starter who possesses a 'big picture' perspective and is willing to 'roll up his sleeves' and do whatever it takes to get the job done and who thrives in early stage, fast-paced companies. Kevin Gaither possesses a proven ability to recruit, hire, train, retain and develop top-ranked sales teams by clearly articulating objectives using analytical, pragmatic thinking, reference to facts and best practices.

Tonya is excited to bring more than 15 years of Inside Sales experience to her Co-President role in the newly formed NJ Chapter. In her current role as Sr. Manager Inside Sales and Customer Service at LifebankUSA, Tonya leads a group of Inside Sales professionals who use a consultative approach to sell directly to consumers.
Previously Tonya worked in the role of Inside Sales Manager for Weichert Realtors and Quality Assurance Coordinator for Cendant Corporation. In her current and previous roles, Tonya has utilized her extensive call center management experience to develop call monitoring criteria for coaching and mentoring Inside Sales representatives. She has excelled at building successful inside sales teams and developing incentive programs that have propelled those teams to exceed corporate objectives. Tonya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The College of Saint Elizabeth.
Tonya looks forward to her involvement with the New Jersey chapter as she believes it will provide a unique forum for area Inside Sales professionals to network, share best practices and develop skills to advance their careers.

The Inside Sales Manager at M5 Networks, Adam's skills are firmly rooted in the lead generation side, which also makes him a key part of the telecom's marketing team. He has been with the Inside Sales department since its inception and fully understands the growing pains of forming a solid team and creating systems and processes, and the challenges of using creativity to Get The Appointment.
Adam looks forward to bringing the AA-ISP to the Big Apple. He honed his facilitation skills during the nearly ten years he spent working with a support community for small business owners, where he had the rare opportunity to pick the brains of the best of the Business community.
Adam wants to grow an Inside Sales community in NYC that allows its members to share their issues and challenges while learning from one another and the experts in the industry.

Eric has a natural desire for learning and questioning the business thoughts of the day. This has led Eric to be a co-founder and President of the Northeast Wisconsin sales chapter. Eric has been involved in the Inside Sales world for 9 years, serving as Sales Professional, Sales Lead, Sales Manager, and his current role of Sr. Sales Manager. Industries within Inside Sales Eric has been involved in are SMB, Public Sector, Service Provider, and international. In his current role, Eric is responsible for managing $400M + in annual revenues and achieved 118% to plan in 2010. Eric is responsible for client interactions, forecasting, sales development, and strategy. Eric offers a passion for the business environment, especially to the inside sales discipline. Jason Harmon

Jason Harmon has been with Convergys since 1997. He has been in a sales leadership role for the past 10 years and in inside sales and outside sales capacity for the past 16. This extensive experience allows Jason to have an abundance of knowledge and experience in the inside sales realm. It also is what most attracts him most to the AA-ISP group. Ability to relate to a wide variety of individuals, communication abilities and overall perspective of the business are attributes that allow Jason to be a strong role model in this industry. Jason’s key passion is his drive to get the most out of the people he works with, as well as optimize sales results thru continual learning and training. Jason’s teams have been Top performing groups and show year over year growth each quarter and year. Jason has been a recipient of Convergys Client Award, not to mention numerous quarterly top performance awards for Quota and Results. Jason also holds a Bachelors degree from UW Stevens Point in Marketing and Business Administration, with a minor in Sociology. Jason is married to his heaven sent wife Melissa and has 1 son. Jason also enjoys golf, attending Packer games and spending time with family and friends. 2 cats are also in the family, but looking for the upgrade to dog soon.
