We are located in Nashua, NH and want to start an inside sales function with limited funds. Consultants are not in the budget! We have SAP business one with a CRM but we think we may be better off with other software that is more focused toward inside sales. Any one have any experience with our current CRM? Any suggestions, being able to build in work flow I believe would save us time and I want to be able to "trickle" e-mails.
