I recently began working at a company as the national inside sales manager. The first challenge is to train reps that have been in the job virtually unsupervised and untrained for up to 2 years. One, does anyone have suggestions about re-training where to begin? Secondly, does anyone have a sample of a day's schedule. I am working with them to revamp their current schedules and include block calling times. Any suggestions?
