I'm adding a new position within my Inside Sales organization which may be similar to a Telemarketing role. The main function of this new position is to contact a pre-defined customer list to promote our company's services. The customer list is relatively small in which they can get through repeatedly each quarter. There will not be immediate feedback or results to measure against. My question is how to compensate this position and what type of mbo or measurements?
