Hello experts, I recently became a member of AA-ISP primarily to learn more about how to start a new inside sales organization. I work for a mature manufacturing company that sells highly engineered, durable goods through regional distributors. Our intent is not to bypass distribution and sell direct. However, I am interested in exploring different approaches to implementing an inside sales organization with other manufacturers who continue to sell through independent distributors. Are there member companies in AA-ISP that fit this profile and would be willing to share their experiences with me?
