I have a prospective client who was referred to me and is not the right fit for our services. I am looking for some help to find a company that is. They are an insurance company that used to sell through channels but are now going direct to the consumer. They are building an inside sales team to close deals with consumers directly and need someone to come in, take what they have, develop a curriculum and train their team. She talked about having a playbook, getting away from scripts and being more consultative over the phone. They are located in FL. Do you know of any companies that would be a good fit for this type of engagement?
