I'm looking to additional verbage to better define BANT. So in our CRM we can put hints in each of the BANT questions we have set up to help determine if one BANT area is legit. One of our criterias for accepting an opportunity between SDR and AE is that 2 BANTS are realized, but this can be very subjective. Budget ……… funding has been allocated or there is a plan of action on the part of the prospect to receive budget Authority….. We are in touch with the Sponsor/ Decision Maker or budget owner or person that reports to him/her. Need………….must be a pain or compelling event that in our experience leads companies to purchase software/ additional licenses. Timeline…….A decision timeframe and compelling event(s) are understood
