I am looking to strengthen our Top Performer program for our sales team. Currently, we pick 3-4 top performing agents and a Top Performing Leader. They are awarded with a small monetary gift as well as an acrylic trophy. I feel our program is becoming stagnant with this process and am looking for feedback from anyone who has been able to develop a motivating and fun top performer program.
