We have recently brought our ecommerce dept and our inside sales dept under one director (me). Our inside Sales dept is a full service B2B channel for the 200 employee company and lower. My question is: What are some of the more successful models that have been used to get the most out of the integration of ecommerce and a full service B2B I/S channel?
