We currently have a recognition trip for our top Inside Sales performers called Presidents Club. It is an annual trip which includes spouses/guests. I am curious to find out if other companies have a similar recognition trip specifically for Inside Sales and if so, what qualification criteria is used, what percentage of the population typically goes and the approximate value to employee.
