I wanted to pick the brains of the collective Inside Sales Professionals within the group. I am in the process of expanding our Telesales group and as part of that I am putting together more formalized training. Training will consist of company, process, and product training, but will be heavy on Sales Skills. My simple question is what could I call our training process? We are an Industrial Distributor and the outside reps go through an Industrial Sales Certification Program. I want a training program for my Telesales group that stands apart from them.....but also stands OUT. Any recomendations?
