I'm trying to figure out the best approach for reps that ask for a higher base salary. We have done our due diligence via a compensation study and feel our reps are paid at market value. Even though we have shared this, reps continue to point to other "job offers" they are receiving with higher base salaries. I'm looking for some guidance on the best approach to have these conversations with reps.
