I currently manage a group of Outbound sales agents. We also have sales reps out in the field. There is no transfer of leads currently. I am looking at piloting a lead generation project from my Outbound agents to the Outside sales representatives. Does anyone have any experience in this? I.e. 1. Taking sales people and Turing them into lead generating individuals. 2. Commission payouts ie 50/50 split? 3. Stats on how many leads to make a sale. Any feedback would be welcome and appreciated.
