I'm putting together some initial Personal Development Plans for my team to submit to our Global VP of sales. I have a rough idea of what I would like - Short Term Goals - Areas of strength - Areas of need or development - and long term goals. I was wondering if anyone had any feedback or a template that they have used or done something similar?
