I'm attempting to justify a data cleanse exercise for our CRM data. I'd like to know from the experts what they perceive as the top challenges for inside sales/business development around having poor data quality issues. Data quality issue could be missing email,contact no longer at account, bad company data such as rev or employee size etc.
