Hello, Does anyone have a good source to look to or would like to share a document when it comes to creating a QA monitoring/scoring sheet? (scoring outbound sales calls) I can create one from scratch however being in the industry for 20+ years, I've looked at a wide variety of criteria but I really like to keep up with new ideas as opposed to sticking to the same data and format year after year.
