I am in the process of setting up an Inside Sales group. The executives of my company would like the Inside Sales group to have levels to the sales reps - ISR I to ISR III for example, where the base salary is tiered based on previous sales experience. All TSR's will have assigned territories with an existing book of business and prospects within their geography. I have never set up or lead a group of this type. I was looking for suggestions and ideas on setting up.
