Hello Team! I am really excited to be a new member of AA- ISP. I have been recently challenged with developing a certification exam for our Inside Sales Team. Do any of you already have a certification layout in place? after initial training what is your follow up and continuous training for your teams? I do a lot of webinars that improve communication across our network but I am not sure on the retention level of them. my biggest challenge is that our team is spread out across the nation. We don't have one big call center filtering our leads, they go by individual store. We still want our stores to be consistent and it does not matter if your in California or buffalo New York we need to all be following the same phone process and giving our customer a great experience! Does anyone else out there have the same business model?
