I am in the process of hiring new Inside Sales Reps for a brand new department. As part of their onboarding process I would like to have 30, 60 & 90 day official written reviews with them. Does anyone have any review templates they could share ? I would like to see what criteria other manager's focus on with their reps. Thank you in advance.
