I am starting a new IS team at a technology software company, and would like to know what typical close rates and typical close times (e.g., typical closing in 3 months, 12 mos, 18 mos?) are for qualified leads within that industry. Would be extremely helpful to know those rates for prospects completely new to the technology at all, prospects already using the technology at another company, and prospects at existing customers for our company, but an overall close rate would suffice for this first step.
