Hello, my inside sales team is tasked with finding opportunities for our consulting practice. There is a laundry list of items we ask them to collect when prospecting, from collecting contract expiration dates to identifying five to ten key stakeholders within the organization to understand the organizations priorities. Could you point me to a resource which would help aggregate and track this information? At the very least, looking for some basic templates to have them us, which they could then attach to our Salesforce instance. Thanks!
