Hi, I manage a B2B lead qualification team that mainly call inbound leads. They currently call all website inbound "contact Us" leads immediately. Is it OK for them to call our Tier 1 "free trial" leads immediately as well, or is it best practice to wait a day or 2 to allow them to fully test our product before calling them? Thanks in advance.
