I have a relatively new group of Telesales Reps and one is underperforming based on the rest of the group. I am going to place them on a Performance Improvement Plan in hopes of improving their results. I am curious as to how everyone else treats reps that arent hitting their goals, what steps they take to help them, and how long they give them to turn things arouynd.
