Question on MBO's for ISS. In the midst of trying to implement MBO's as part of the quarterly bonus structure for our Inside Sales Specialist organization. We are an accounting firm not a pure play sales organization. ISS book appointments for Business Developers who go out on the meetings and close the business. If I tie and MBO to appointment to revenue generated...the Partners will be upset that I am double comp-ing two 'sales' people for one deal. Any suggestions on MBO's for ISS?
