In the process of working on 'career progression' for our Inside Sales team/organization. We have identified that the firm has a need for an Account Manager role that 'technically' sits b/w an Inside Sales person (LEAD GEN) role and Business Development role. We see the Account Manager role as being assigned @ 75-100 accounts within a specific territory where we have identified we are missing wallet share. We are labeling the 'accounts' to have an assigned person on as 'orphan accounts'. I have created to job description, responsibilities and comp but need to outline core competencies (specific behavior) other ISS team members must display / master on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for them to be considered for this role. Does anyone have any basic core competencies at their finger tips to send to me. Thank you.
