Hello, We have an inside sales team that services clients in the remote areas where we don't have field reps. We also have a lead gen team that takes the inbound leads and qualifies them before sending them to the reps. For our inside sales reps, do you think it is worthwhile to keep the lead gen team or should we send the leads directly to the inside sales reps?
