We have several inside sales territories that are smaller (less doors) than other territories. This causes lots of issues for the assigned rep, such as not being able to make quota, calling the customer over and over again and a bad experience for the customer and the rep. Unfortunately, the team that manages the territories is not able to make any changes. What can we do to help the rep out?
