I'm looking to create a motivating incentive plan for our administrative assistants, which are part of an inside sales team. We are currently using Salesforce.com as our CRM platform and can measure their productivity for completing tasks and how many applications were submitted manually. I would like their incentive plan to be focused mainly on sales results. My first thought is to have them receive a bonus each month that a quota has been met or exceeded.
