Hi everyone. I'm starting to look for a simple SMS support application that I can use for customers to text us (individually to a specific rep) and then our rep can respond via a messaging program from their computer. We are seeing an increase in customers using this as a contact channel and would like to capture and report on these transitions. Two things: 1.) Any suggestions for vendors to consider that won't break the bank? 2.) Any tips/tricks to consider when implementing this solution?
