Hello. I have Inside Sales Experience previously at the office of the company. I have applied for a Work from Home Inside Sales position and was granted an interview soon. My question is how much does that differ from the actual office at the company? Am I provided with a laptop/ computer? How do I access their CRM system and how is it set up? How do I get paid? What do I need to possess on my own? Obviously, I have never worked from home and would like answers so that I know what to expect and do not want to ask "silly ametuar" questions during the interview. Please help!
