We are evaluating our compensation plan for SDRs and are paying them commission for opportunities created and closes from those opportunities. We have a transactional sales model with a 30 day refund policy for our clients. The closing reps have to pay a claw back for any closes that refund within that 30 days. My question is should the SDRs pay a claw back on refunds too even though that is out of their control?
