Hi Guys! We are starting a new inside sales team in Mexico, it is 9 inside sales reps and 1 supervisor. The reason is to outsource some US resources down to Mexico. The team will be helping out in the exact same way as the US based team, but we are having some issue deciding how to name the teams. The US team reports directly to the Inside Sales Manager, and the Mexico based team reports to a Mexican supervisor - and he reports to the US Manager. At the start we differentiated the team by US & Mex but that hasn´t really worked out in the past, we are now calling the team North & South, but not sure if that confuses people and they think they will help those regions. Any ideas on how to name the teams?
