If you have a discretionary incentive for your team based on reaching certain numbers, and one of the team does this but then hands in his notice, would you still pay the spif? So in Q4 we said as well as comms, the top 3 people who achieve xyz will get a bonus of $4k...week before end of qtr one of the team hands in notice. My view is if they are leaving why would you provide them the incentive payment...they're leaving anyway? Whats other peoples thoughts?Posted by: AnonymousPosted: May 16th, 2016
