writing up a new compensation plan. seeking a couple of different options outside of what I have - let's say another set of eyes. - My inside team is on a shared number. They are mapped to 3 field reps (their quota is a combination of the total of all 3 field reps quota). - my idea is break out in 3rd's - 1/3 KPI's, 1/3 their own individual and 1/3 field quota. - any one have other idea's? = we are trying to get them away from selling the lower end solutions and focus on the 100k plus items..
