I am curious how everyone is handling the upcoming FLSA 2016 overtime rule changes as it pertains to their Inside Sales Groups? While I have always known my group SHOULD be hourly vs salary as they are currently, I hate the fact that in order to PROPERLY track their time worked I am being urged to lock them out of Outlook and CRM off company time. Has anyone looked into using the Administrative exception that exists in order to leave their ISR's as Salary ?
