I'm growing a BDR team from 20 reps to 40 or 45 in 2017. To date I have 1-2 BDRs who have sourced $800,000 - $1M in closed/won opportunities. The rest of the team is still ramping and pretty new. Outbound is very new for us so I don't have much more "baseline" than that. Is $750k - $1M reasonable for a BDR team focused on the following: Mid-Market - 50 - 250 employee size companies Majors - 250 - 999 Enterprise - 1000+ Employees Each BDR books about 15 - 20 meetings/month which turn into 10 opps/month. Any benchmark quotas for bookings anyone can share?
