Hello everyone. Our group is pivoting from a hunting (outbound) call to a farmer (inbound) call in the near future. There is talk in our department of keeping one team (out of 4) to work higher revenue leads and have the other teams handle smaller revenue based leads. Does anyone see merit in this or would it make more sense to spread the leads around to all the teams or have tiers throughout all the teams to have certain reps on each team handle the higher revenue leads?
