Hi All, I have been tasked with building out an EMEA software business from scratch. Initially we will require customer care and / or customer success mangers and an inside sales business. The growth will be fast but balanced on successfully growing the business (the more success the more the head count etc.) I am looking for best practices or reading material on building out these functions, on setting priorities, the best hiring model for an initial small team (when you are everything to all functions) etc. I was wondering if anyone could share their insights or have this type of information. I don't want to "reinvent the wheel" so your help will be appreciated. Thanks.
