To Build or Outsource Inside Sales Team? I am a senior level consultant working with a young company, and want to ensure I consider options carefully. They are interested in building an Inside Sales Team. But, I am wondering if this is the best option? I know there has been significant growth in outsourcing options. The organization highly values the client experience. Can anyone provide decision criteria and/or key considerations to answer the question? Thanks very much!
