Leads vs Contacts- we are moving away from leads to contacts as an organization to allow us to prep for ABM and get a 360 degree view of an account without spending all that time navigating in Salesforce. For others that have done this - do you take all the fields that you used at a lead level and map them into contacts. We use a lot of those fields to determine how to prioritize calls and follow up. What are best practices for those who have made this transition?
