I am looking at growing my SDR / ADR / BDR Team, and expand into a new office. We are evaluating Austin, Dallas, Atlanta, Denver, and Phoenix. Would anyone know the average Base + the Average Variable Comp in these cities for millennials a couple of years out of collage ? Your help is super appreciated. Thank you, Dan
