All, I am looking for supporting data. Our Field and Inside Sales Teams are both quota Carrying and we are a discreet model ie. owning, managing and responsible for our own accounts. I am looking to see if a Quarterly Teaming Incentive would help with the theirs/ours conversations and help with the collaboration amongst the AM's? Does anyone have experience or data showing this type of collaboration excels productivity and results? I am not looking for Commission Sharing. Thank you! Paula White
