Sales Territories - I'm interested in different territory models that people have deployed, specifically where Field and Inside have worked as a team on a major account. We have some large enterprise accounts with multiple sites and multiple contacts/customers we want to drive opportunities with. It's unrealistic to handle this solely through the Field Team and we want Inside to help with defined "fields-of-play". Does anyone have experience with this and/or can point me towards further reading material? We're calling this model "Team Selling", but I wonder if there are other common terms people use? Thanks in advance!
