We are looking at changing our BDR compensation plans and I am curious: What is the breakdown of your BDR comp plan? Do you pay out monthly or quarterly? What are the KPIs/Metrics that you measure? Is it # leads accepted by sales, # opportunities generated, $ Value of pipeline delivered, etc?
