I have a colleague from Germany working full time in a US market and I'm trying to train him on trust and rapport, specifically small talk with prospects for them to like him, he's not sure how to do it, can someone point me in the right direction of an article or PDF i can read to effectively train him, he said over the past 10 years no one has been able to do it for him, I'm up for the challenge and would like to successfully do this. Thank you
