Hello, I am in the process of a new project with my company to create a development structure/program for reps interested in becoming managers. I'm in the infancy stage and instead of re-creating the wheel, would love to position the question out to the community - do you have a framework that you've used in the past or tools/suggestions that you'd be willing to share that have been impactful?
