I lead the Sales Development (SDR) teams for my organization. We are looking to improve our current SDR model and measure our effectiveness compared to industry standards. Do you happen to have any data around SDR benchmarks (i.e. conversion rates, activity rates etc.) that you can share? Also, if you have anything showing different options of how SDR departments are modeled I'd love to see that as well.
