Hello all. I was reading "The Sales KPI Report" whitepaper, and was surprised by the low number of Inside Sales teams that used demos as a KPI (4%). I was wondering if other teams use demo count as a KPI, and why they do or do not track this? Currently I do use demos as one of our more important KPIs and I want to question this a bit due to the low percentage of other teams reported to use this.
