Hi, i am starting up an inside sales team. I currently manage a BDR team . Two roles at the moment. We just went to a vertical model for our outside sales reps and a ranking system that outside sales will work 1&2 tier accounts and Inside sales will work the Tier 3 accounts which are about 527 with revenue and 1500 non revenue. I am being asked to project what growth will look like year 2 and year 3. What is the average growth rate for Software sales average sales will be 4k0K-50k. Our sales cycle could be 12 months-18 months. 2018 these accounts generated $5.7m and YTD 2019 $2.1M our year started April 1st. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
